Registration Information

PRE-REGISTRATION AND PRE-PAYMENT ARE REQUIRED before test can be administered. You can call
337-235-5800 to pre-register for Pearson Vue exams, or you can visit their website.

Bring: Two forms of current identification (one primary ID, one secondary ID see chart below).

 Identification Requirements

Acceptable forms of Primary ID (picture and signature, not expired)

• Government issued driver's license
• employee ID or work badge
• school ID
• passport
• military ID
• alien registration card (green card, permanent resident visa)
• credit card*
• other government-issued ID, such as a state/country identification card

Acceptable forms of Secondary ID (signature, not expired)

• U.S. Social Security card
• bank automatic-teller machine (ATM) card
• any form of ID on the Primary list

* A note about credit cards: A credit card can be used as a primary form of ID only if it contains both a  photo and a signature and is not expired. Most credit cards do not meet these requirements. Any credit card can be used as a secondary form of ID, as long as it contains a signature and is not expired. This includes major credit cards, such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  ID also includes department store and gasoline credit cards.

Additional Information
Cellular telephones, beepers, cameras, all photographic communication, computers, and electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the testing room. Food, drinks, gum and candy are not permitted in the testing room.
